We Have a Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy


• Please return the item within 30 days from ship 
date and before Christmas of the same year for a full refund (no restocking fees).  Return shipping charges are not refundable.


• Returns are not accepted after Christmas.


• Please email us for an authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.


• If you assembled the product, please make sure you re-package the item the way you received it.
If you assembled a tree and "fluffed" (shaped) the branches, please close the branches like it was originally packaged before placing the tree in the box.


• There is a 30% restocking fee for items returned after 30 days of shipment. These charges will be waived for exchanges.


• Please return your package to the address provided with your authorization number, freight prepaid & insured for your protection. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. COD or collect shipments will not be accepted.


• All returned merchandise must be in original box. Please enclose all original packing materials, warranty cards, instructions, hang tags, etc. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your receipt, name, address, phone number, email address, reason for the return, and the return authorization number.
