Returns & Exchanges
The satisfaction of your purchase is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned or exchanged. Please read our Return Policy instructions below.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of ship date, and prior to December 25 of the same year. Product must be returned in new and unused condition inside its original and unaltered packaging (do not write on the package). Returned products meeting this criteria are eligible for refund, less a 20% restocking fee*. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Following inspection of returned item, a credit will be issued.
*Product purchases that amount to $199.99 or less, where free shipping does not apply, are not charged a restocking fee upon following proper return procedure.
Returns that cannot be accepted:
- Product that is damaged due to misuse or neglect, or is intentionally altered
- Clearance products and accessories
- Unauthorized returns
- Returns shipped later than 30 days from original ship date or after December 25th
To Make A Return
Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Please return your package to the address provided with your Return Authorization number, freight prepaid and insured for your protection. Please write the RA number somewhere on the shipping label. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. COD or collect shipments will not be accepted.
In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service. The correct product or replacement will be sent to you at no cost. Normal bulb burnout, wear and tear damage resulting from accident, unspecified outdoor usage, alteration, or misuse is not covered by this return policy. Policy is void if merchandise is in any way misused or damaged.
Your purchase may be exchanged for another item. Follow the Return Policy instructions above when returning a purchase. After that, order the replacement item separately as a new purchase.
